One of the great things about Nike¡¯s Griffey signature line is that when they¡¯ve strayed away from original colorways, they¡¯ve frequently nailed it with the newer ones. Just recently, they dropped a fresh ¡°Cincinnati¡± colorway of the Air Griffey Max I. While we¡¯re in the midst of a shift from Griffey Max I to Max II, the original ¡°Freshwater¡± colorway remains the most anticipated, but this new make-up certainly won¡¯t go without being noticed.
Sporting a definite Spring/Summer vibe, the shoe features a predominantly white leather upper with ridged and perforated side panels. Grey fills in a Swoosh on the toe and wave patterns along the base and heel, while vibrant hits of orange are seen on the tongue, Swoosh borders, Swingman logo, weave pattern near the heel, Max Air unit and outsole.
